Refund Policy

At Leadership From The Heart, we strive to provide high-quality coaching, consulting, and training services. We understand that circumstances may change, so we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all our clients.

1. Coaching Programs & Services
All coaching programs, leadership assessments, and consulting services are non-refundable once the service has begun. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least [Insert Required Notice Period, e.g., 24-48 hours] notice.

If you are dissatisfied with your coaching experience, please contact us at info@leadershipfromtheheart.co within 24 hours of your first session, and we will discuss possible solutions, such as adjustments to the program or a partial credit for future services.

2. Workshops, Training, & Digital Products
Live Workshops & Training Programs: Registration fees for workshops and leadership training are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another session or person if requested at least 24 hours before the event.

On-Demand Courses & Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable resources, courses, and toolkits are final and non-refundable.

3. Subscription Services (if applicable)
If you are enrolled in a recurring membership, mastermind, or subscription-based service, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed. To avoid future charges, cancellations must be submitted before your next billing cycle.

4. Special Considerations & Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases at our discretion, such as:
 

• Duplicate charges or billing errors.

• Service cancellations initiated by Leadership From The Heart.

• Technical issues that prevent access to purchased digital content (must be reported within 48 hours).
